This project is located in Baradaran Mozaffar Street (formerly Saba). We started the design according to the context of the region and with respect to the principles of Iranian culture and architecture. Use is a cultural and commercial project that is for the general public.

Employer requests (Tehran District 6 Municipality) in this project:

1_Prioritizing and the need to pay attention to pedestrians to create a sense of vitality in urban areas

2_ Strengthening the sidewalk network

3_ Paying attention to urban spaces to motivate walking and creating a space for the formation of social issues

The design of Saba Bazaar is a combination of Iranian architecture and modernity. An attempt was made to create a different feeling and mood for the residents of the area and to provide a turning point for the urban space of District 6.
