In this project, the north and south facades have been designed as very special as possible. In designing the north façade, we have obtained a 50 x 50 pattern with the desired distance according to the vertical and horizontal lines that we have drawn. According to the 50 * 50 patterns, concrete tiles have been used. Due to the proximity of the building to the street, we have considered the use of wooden guards in front of the windows to maintain privacy. In the facade of the staircase, holes in the shape of a cross were placed so that the interior of the staircase would have its own special charm and There were light failures in it and some of the crosses were used inside blue tiles to revive the sense of Iranian architecture from the viewer’s point of view. In the southern view, the use of white cement and thermowood materials in the terraces is due to the northern view. Due to the northern view, crosses were used in the walls of the parking lots to create light refraction inside the space. The design of tall windows is according to the wishes of the employer.
